i need clarification on questions below.
1.if i don't have nigeria debt card , can i use virtual card ?
which one do you recommend
2. should i use my name and home address or details on the virtual card.

Yes you can use virtual card. When you use virtual card, it is advisable to use the address associated with the card. Note that most virtual cards have US address, so you will likely be creating a US account when you do.
